Dora A. Garza began her journey in Aldine ISD as a 5th grade student at Johnson Elementary. She then proceeded to spend her middle school years at Hambrick Middle School and graduated from MacArthur High School in 1996.
Mrs. Garza served the Aldine community as a volunteer, paraprofessional, bilingual teacher, skills specialist, and assistant principal.
Since 2012, Mrs. Garza has served the staff, students and community as an Assistant Principal at Reed Intermediate, Hambrick Middle School and Johnson Elementary.
Additionally, in May, 2021 Mrs. Garza completed the Latinos for Education Aspiring Latino Leaders Fellowship program making her commitment to lead from identity to address educational inequities and influence positive educational outcomes for all students.
Mrs. Garza has thoroughly enjoyed her role as an Assistant Principal and is especially proud to continue to serve her very own Aldine community at Stehlik Elementary! Mrs. Garza is beyond proud to be working alongside the very talented staff at Stehlik Elementary and she knows that, as a team, all of the students will catapult to levels of greatness!
Dora A. Garza comenzó su viaje en Aldine ISD como estudiante de quinto grado en la escuela Johnson. Despues, pasó sus años de secundaria en Hambrick Middle School y se graduó de MacArthur High School en 1996.
La Sra. Garza sirvió a la comunidad de Aldine como voluntaria, paraprofesional, maestra bilingüe, especialista en habilidades y subdirectora.
Desde el 2012, la Sra. Garza ha servido al personal, los estudiantes y la comunidad como subdirectora en Reed Intermediate, Hambrick Middle School y Johnson Elementary.
Además, en mayo de 2021, la Sra. Garza completó el programa Latinos for Education Aspiring Latino Leaders Fellowship comprometiéndose a liderar desde la identidad para abordar las desigualdades educativas e influir en los resultados educativos positivos para todos los estudiantes.
¡La Sra. Garza ha disfrutado muchísimo su papel como subdirectora y está especialmente orgullosa de continuar sirviendo a su propia comunidad de Aldine en la escuela primaria Stehlik! La Sra. Garza está más que orgullosa de trabajar junto con el personal talentoso de la Primaria Stehlik y sabe que, como equipo, ¡todos los estudiantes podran llegar a niveles de grandeza!
Dr. Norma Sibrian

Dr. Norma Sibrian-Alemán has 25 years of experience in Title I K-12 public education. She holds five active teaching
certifications in Texas: a Master of Arts in Music Education (K-12), Early Childhood Education (PK-KG), Montessori
Education, Bilingual/ESL-Spanish (KG-12), and Educational Administration (EC-12). In May 2024, she completed her
Doctorate in Education with a concentration in Educational Leadership at Sam Houston State University.
Dr. Sibrian-Alemán began her journey in Aldine Independent School District (ISD) in 2002, serving as a bilingual
kindergarten teacher and later as a skills specialist at Odom Elementary. From 2009 to 2014, she served as the
Assistant Principal at de Santiago Early Childhood/Pre-K Center. In 2015, she joined Spring ISD, where she held
various roles including campus EB specialist, EL development specialist, and secondary multilingual programs
coordinator. Additionally, she completed a Principal Apprentice program in Houston ISD in June 2025.
After ten years in neighboring districts, Dr. Sibrian-Alemán has returned to Aldine as the Assistant Principal at Stehlik
Elementary. She is honored to be part of the Stehlik family and looks forward to serving the school community. Dr.
Sibrian-Alemán resides in Spring, Texas, with her husband Adán and their six rescued cats: Lola, Arthur, Sansón,
Dalilah, Heidy, and Hércules.
La Dra. Norma Sibrian-Alemán tiene 25 años de experiencia en la educación pública de K-12 bajo el Título I. Posee
cinco certificaciones de enseñanza activas en Texas: una Maestría en Artes en Educación Musical (K-12),
Educación Infantil (PK-KG), Educación Montessori, Bilingüe/ESL-Español (KG-12) y Administración Educativa (EC-
12). Ella completó su Doctorado en Educación con una concentración en Liderazgo Educativo en la Universidad
Estatal de Sam Houston en el año 2024.
La Dra. Sibrian-Alemán comenzó su trayectoria en el Distrito Escolar Independiente de Aldine en el 2002,
desempeñándose como maestra de jardín de infancia bilingüe y luego como especialista en habilidades en la
Escuela Primaria Odom. Del 2009 al 2014, se desempeñó como Asistente de la Directora en el Centro de Educación
Infantil/Pre-K de Santiago. En el 2015, se unió al distrito escolar de Spring, donde ocupó diversos roles, incluyendo
especialista en programas para estudiantes Bilingües Emergentes y coordinadora de programas multilingües de
secundaria. Además, completó un programa de Aprendiz de Director en el distrito escolar de Houston en junio 2025.
Después de diez años en distritos vecinos, la Dra. Sibrian-Alemán ha regresado a Aldine como la subdirectora de la
escuela Stehlik. Ella se siente muy honrada de ser parte del equipo de Stehlik y de servir a las familias y comunidad
escolar. La Dra. Sibrian-Alemán reside en Spring, Texas, con su esposo Adán y sus seis gatos rescatados: Lola,
Arturo, Sansón, Dalilah, Heidy y Hércules.
Mr. Santiago Guerra

Mr. Guerra is proud to serve as an Assistant Principal at Stehlik Elementary, where he is committed to creating a school environment in which every student feels supported, challenged, and empowered to grow. Mr. Guerra brings experience in elementary education, instructional leadership, and student support. Throughout his career, he has served as a classroom teacher, student support specialist, and campus administrator.
He believes that strong schools are built through meaningful relationships, high expectations, collaboration, and a shared commitment to continuous growth. At Stehlik, Mr. Guerra is passionate about strengthening teaching and learning while helping cultivate a STEM-focused culture that encourages students to think critically, solve problems, collaborate, create, and persevere. He believes that preparing students for the future means providing them with both a strong academic foundation and opportunities to discover what they are capable of achieving.
Mr. Guerra values strong partnerships among students, families, staff, and the community and believes that every member of the Stehlik family plays an important role in student success. He is excited to serve the Stehlik community and looks forward to a year of learning, innovation, and growth.
