About Our Campus

Stehlik Elementary is a campus that is empowering students to become scholars. Our team is dedicated to the success and well-being of your child. In an effort keep our families informed, we update through Class Dojo and the website,  in addition to information that is sent home in our weekly Wednesday folders. The monthly newsletter, The Gallop, is also sent out through email and all other avenues. Our automatic telephone messaging system will also be used to communicate with you.

This year our theme is “Blast Off Into a Successful Year”. You will see and hear many space-related themes around the school and in classrooms as we plan for and expect high levels of student achievement in all content areas. Stehlik students are recognized for making positive choices and putting in all their effort. We catch students making the best choice and celebrate it!

It is important for your child to be at school each day. Our attendance goal for students and staff members is 98%. I look forward to working with your child. Please feel free to call, email or stop by the school to visit.

All students aim for mastery on skills needed for success across all disciplines. Teachers work collaboratively and use data driven decisions to plan and accomplish the academic goals set forth by the state, district, and campus. Teachers encourage and support students to strive for quality, mastery, and excellence in everything they do. Teachers deliver effective and meaningful instruction. Students are excited about learning and are authentically engaged in meaningful activities. Parents are involved with their student’s learning and share the responsibility for their child’s academic success. Students are empowered and feel good about their accomplishments.

Our mission is to educate all students with equal opportunity. It is our intention to prepare students for a promising future by providing quality education while nurturing their socialization and leadership skills.

We believe the advancement of our students is a shared responsibility. We try to actively involve parents, guardians, community helpers and neighborhood businesses. It is our goal to stay current with educational and technological progressions. Through staff development and knowledge of current events we equip our students with an up-to-date, high-quality education. We are helping to produce the nation’s best future citizens!
